Silver Residential Video Tour (Metro Area)

Includes a basic edited video combining each of the rooms in the premises, with some exterior shots. Prices range from a flat $450 for a single bedroom apartment or more for larger house. The Silver product also includes an area clip. This area clip will be a short video presentation of a nearby location feature at the request of the vendor. It may be a geographical feature such as a nearby park, view, or attractive location. It could be a presentation of man made infrastructure such as a shopping area location, community amenities, nearby school etc.

The Silver product does not include a music track or voice over and professional lighting will cost extra.

A travel fee will be incurred for remote areas outside the Perth metropolitan areas.

This gives website access for first month free then $50.00 a month there after or until cancelled and billed directly to a credit card.
